Once again, another great meal. Even though the menu is not that extensive; what they do serve is quite varied. Excellent food, flavors and presentation makes for an excellent dinner. The uniqueness of the building is a positive too. If you're in Hamilton, don't pass this place by.

Love. The. Spice. Incredible specials, kind and attentive staff, fun atmosphere. I wish I could eat out more, because this would occupy a regular spot on the list. Love the microbrews- very affordable! One of the few places I always get dessert.

Friendly staff & the meal was Extremely Excellent!! Would definitely go again. Doesn't open till 5 but filled up quite fast. And they don't take reservations *****

Not really a Cafe .. more of a hip fine dinning location. Cool old bar and waiting area for a drink. Great place for Genius on tap. Good selection of high quality food at a reasonable price. I would totally recommend trying Spice of Life.

Our first visit was for lunch, but not our last! Delicious food, we will return.

Had been having awful luck with food this trip. And then we did take out at Spice of Life. Great food, cooked right, and flavorful... they know how to use spices. We had the cajun fettuccini and the Thai chicken. We loved it , best meal we've had in a week of traveling. The staff was thoughtful and health conscious.. if we are back in Hamilton.. we are definitely eating here. Great job Spice of Life.

Never ever will you have a mediocre meal at the Spice. The food is delicious, healthy, reasonably priced and there is something on the menu for everyone! My favorite!

Great atmosphere, very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff, menu was diverse, complex, dinners were savory and beautifully plated and they have a nice wide spectrum of adult beverages. Especially liked local ciders and a Sangiovese on the wine menu!

Good food....love their juicy tender steaks....mmmmm!!

Gourmet lunch for less than $10? Yes please. Fast friendly service, clean pleasant atmosphere, delicious affordable food. Do yourself a flavor and eat here sometime.

My husband and I ate here again for the second time and were as impressed as the last visit. Their prices are fair for what they serve and the uniqueness of the menu offerings. Both times I ordered the flank steak and both times it was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the special of grilled salmon with a Thai-red curry sauce over lime cilantro rice. Just the right amount of spice and flavors. The building has a unique history of which our waitress was very familiar with. A great second experience!

Wonderful place in Hamilton yo eat. Quaint place that serves a Super Sized Salad with enough things on it , I had to get my daughter to help me. The Frisbee size cookies were out of this world. A super friendly staff help everything

This is the best cafe in Hamilton...and I've only been there for lunch. I live in Missoula & go to Hamilton with my friend who has a booth at the Antique Mall there...we always eat at Spice of Life; great prices, service is always good, & the portions are just right. (The burgers are outstanding!)I highly recommend Spice of Life Cafe

We really enjoyed this place. The staff was super awesome and polite. All our food came out perfect as well as quickly. The crowd seem over all up beat and enjoying Thier meals we will come back for sure.

i love this place so much! i have been coming here for 10 years now and everytime it is amazing! it is a very unique place and it is very different than the other restaurants. the shrimp scampi is very good and i get it everytime. best restaurant in hamilton!

Great service and food!

Too long of a wait, wait staff was nice though. When food came out it was wrong. Ordered a burger with cheese got green chili's instead. Asked for no mayo got extra. The bun was soggy and when asked for it to be corrected food got returned still with mayo and still had chilis on it, they just scrapped off most of them and covered the rest with cheese. Which allergy reasons isnt great nor should be how any restaurant business should be ran. Sad first impression.

Excellent Greek salad. I order 1/2 size and it was still huge. Yummy French Onion made the classic way.

This is a nice lunch spot in Hamilton. The food is excellent, especially the deserts, and the flare of the Baker makes a great dining experience.

Great place for a date night. Fabulous local food with outstanding plating and service. Only down side is no reservations, so advise you to get here early but if not, the wait is worth it! The owner is a neighbor and grows summer of the food in her garden.

Great food, great service...Wonderful old building

Best place for dinner in Hamilton. Even when extremely busy they find a way to treat you like your party is the only one there. Best mussels I've ever had...including Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Ireland, and Paris.

Not impressed overall - overpriced and the food was mediocre. The server was nice, just not very knowledgeable about the food or the ingredients that were in it.

Excellent food and atmosphere. When I pay good money for a salad, this is what I expect. Not the junk I get at places like what I got earlier today at Applebees. Other family members all ordered something different. My oldest son said the Greek food was the best he has had since his time in Greece nearly 10 years ago.

My husband and I dine here for lunch on a fairly regular basis and it's always a great experience. The black bean chili is one of my favorites, as well as the Sesame Noodle Salad. My husband enjoys the Greek Salad and the lasagna. The food is healthy with quality ingredients and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The service is good; the food is good.

Our waitress was fantastic. Attentive, quick, and gave great recommendations. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly, and the sesame ginger dressing on the dinner salad was delicious. We also loved the coconut cream pie. Very pleased with our dinner choice! Dinner was a relaxing, eclectic atmosphere.

My meal was good. However my friend ordered a burger with cheese, the gave her green chili’s, which she is allergic to. She asked for it to be remade correctly. They wiped the chili’s off and gave her cheese. The same burger with chili’s and the juice still on it.. very unprofessional and could kill someone. Wish 0 stars was an option.

Spice of Life is our favorite restaurant from Missoula down to Darby. The head chef, Karen prepares outstandingly flavorful, and creative dishes often using locally sourced ingredients. The staff is friendly and fun plus the wait for a table is rarely long. Reservations are usually not needed except on special occasions like Valentines day. Spice of Life is our 'go to' restaurant when company is in town. Based on the quality of the meals Spice of Life is an incredible value.
